It was a unique combination of festival-scale logistics and upscale corporate amenities: 9,000 guests at a private concert by The Black Eyed Peas, prefaced by a downtown guest procession, a 30-cast parade, live musical acts, interactive gaming and artists, lounges and incredible cuisine.
No single space could accommodate an event of this magnitude, so we built our own site from two attractions, a public park and a city street. Innovative solutions coupled with intense collaboration between the planning team, venues and vendors and multiple city departments paved the way to success, sending the MGX conference attendees off with a bang.
