I genuinely can't say enough about the Emergency Preparedness Certificate Program. The information was fascinating and I am coming back to my team with many things to implement. Not only did I learn about how to plan for emergencies for our clients and to assess different risk factors for each program, but I learned a lot of things that apply to keeping myself and my family safe. I'm so glad I had the opportunity to participate!
